Reactive Activities:

Reactive Activities are created in a variety of ways; they are emailed or phoned into the service/help desk or directly logged into the system by the customer or other designated personnel.  Then the service/help desk or designated personnel will route the work orders to a resolver to complete and close.   The workflow system ensures that work orders are routed to the correct resolver.

Planned Activities:

The WorkQ system is an excellent system for managing planned activities. You can create a standard schedule of recurring activities.   The system automatically scans the schedules and generates work orders as they become due.  The system will also automatically create notifications of approaching and missed deadlines.

Human Resource Planning:

Having a recurring schedule allows you to use historical data to determine how long an activity will take and appropriately allocate human resources.  This will allow you to create more effective schedules of activities saving your company time and money by more efficient implementation of personnel.
